For over 12 years, Kondo has had the honor of standing on many stages to facilitate the relationship between the stars and the audience. Armed with cross-cultural experiences, a curiosity about people, an adaptability and a unique accent, he has been able to bring a fresh flair to hosting events that range from tennis to soccer, fundraisers to award ceremonies.

His popular keynotes have been featured at events, including the Christian Alliance For Orphans, Lifesong for Orphans, Helping Hand Home, Momentum Youth Conference, RE: Conference, and Replanted Conference, often sharing the stage with fellow advocates, including Tim Tebow, NBA on TNT’s Ernie Johnson, comedian Michael Jr., Paralympian, Jessica Long, and others.

BEYOND THE STAGE
Offstage, it's the simple things that Kondo enjoys the most: games with his family, being at his kids’ events, and serving his local church family. Kondo is a wannabe runner and tennis enthusiast who finds solace trekking the hiking trails of his hometown. He is a small town boy who enjoys an occasional fix of the vibrant big city.
Kondo's ties to the community run deep. As the lead communicator at Mission Point Community Church, a church he co-founded with his wife, he gets to play a part in leading their outreach programs. His goal is simple: to convey how Jesus perceives, speaks to, and serves people, especially those vulnerable and marginalized.
Whether crafting narratives on the stage, indulging in a game of tennis, or leading church initiatives, the mission remains the same: to celebrate and give meaning to every human story.
